About the work:
‘No. 89’ is one from an ongoing project called "Reimagining Nature & The Nocturnals". They are a series of large scale photographs where I, working digitally and with mindfulness for lighting and composition, build wholly new imagery using botanicals and natural objects. The results are at once familiar and strikingly unfamiliar. Of the earth yet other worldly. The images are bold, sensual, and effervescent with light and color. They are concrete and ethereal simultaneously.
The prints are limited edition and will arrive with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. They are of the highest gallery quality ~ striking up close, and a bold statement when viewed from a distance. The paper is delicate, so framing under glass is highly recommended. Various framed or unframed options available.
The 30"x30" archival prints are a limited edition of 50, and the 20”x20” archival prints are a limited edition of 20. Additional custom sizes and frames are available upon request.
Frame Options:
Acrylic Face Mount: An acrylic face mount frame comes with a French cleat brace on the back, ready for hanging. The effect is modern and sleek.
Black or White Wood Frame: Wood frames are 1.25”. A classic look, and comes with UV glass.
Aged Gold Frame: The frame is about 1”. The perfect frame for a thin, brass effect. Comes with UV glass.
Unframed: Carefully packed in a tube for shipping.
